Store Manager – Fashion Retail, Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our fashion retail team in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience
Manage daily store operations, stock control, and visual merchandising
Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvement
Maintain brand standards and operational procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of sales KPIs and retail operations
Presentable with strong communication skills
Visa 18 (transferable) required

خبرة مثبتة كمدير متجر في قطاع تجارة الأزياء
مهارات قيادة وإدارة فريق قوية
فهم جيد لمؤشرات الأداء وعمليات البيع بالتجزئة
مظهر لائق ومهارات تواصل قوية
إقامة المادة 18 قابلة للتحويل
