Job Responsibilities

•    Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives 

•    Maintains good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations

•    Ensures customers’ awareness of all products and services available 

•    Resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed

Job Responsibilities

• Providing effective and accurate technical assistance and technical advice to the service centre’s received technical concern and issue in order to achieve excellent fix it right first time score
• Performing actual hard-to-diagnose, troubleshooting and hard-to-repair along with the concern technician as required
• Assisting in preparing technical report to be submitted to manufacturer if needed
• Other duties as directed by the immediate superior or persons in similar positions

Sales Supervisor

Candidate Requirements

• Supervises and assists staff in achieving locations sales and customer focus targets.
• Develops and motivates staff, in addition to providing training on systems and procedures.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية

• تقديم مساعدة فنية فعالة ودقيقة، بالإضافة إلى المشورة الفنية، لمعالجة المشكلات الفنية التي يتلقاها مركز الخدمة، بهدف تحقيق نتائج ممتازة في الإصلاح الصحيح من المرة الأولى.
• إجراء عمليات التشخيص والإصلاح المعقدة، واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، بالتعاون مع الفني المختص حسب الحاجة.
• المساعدة في إعداد التقارير الفنية لتقديمها إلى الشركة المصنعة عند الحاجة
