Accountant – Daily Accounting Operations

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and audits

Job Description:

1. Maintain general ledger and journal entries

2. Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll)

3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

4. Process employee salaries, leave, indemnity, and end of service calculations

5. Ensure financial data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce

• 1–2 years of experience (Gulf experience preferred)

• Knowledge of accounting software

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel

• Visa 18 transferable only

المسؤوليات:

• إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية والحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة ودعم التقارير المالية والتدقيقات

الوصف الوظيفي:

1. المحافظة على دفتر الأستاذ العام والقيود المحاسبية

2. تسجيل المعاملات اليومية (المبيعات، المشتريات، المصاريف، الرواتب)

3. إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية

4. معالجة رواتب الموظفين، الإجازات، التعويضات وإنهاء الخدمة

5. ضمان دقة البيانات المالية

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة / المالية / التجارة

• خبرة 1-2 سنة (يفضل خبرة الخليج)

• معرفة ببرامج المحاسبة

• معرفة قوية ببرنامج MS Excel

• تأشيرة 18 قابلة للتحويل فقط
