Available Positions

Kitchen Equipment Technician
General Technician

Responsibilities

Industrial Maintenance: (Kitchen Equipment) Perform specialized maintenance and rapid repairs on industrial-grade ovens, steamers, refrigerators, and high-volume catering machinery.
Facility Oversight: (General Tech) Execute routine maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems to ensure operational continuity.
Safety & Hygiene: Conduct all repairs and servicing in strict accordance with industrial safety standards and food service hygiene protocols.
Preventive Care: Implement regular inspection schedules to identify and mitigate potential equipment failures before they impact production.
Material Management: Monitor spare part inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for necessary technical supplies.

Requirements

Experience: Proven professional experience as a technician, specifically within the catering, hospitality, or industrial maintenance sectors.
Location: Candidates MUST be currently based in Kuwait.
Status: Must hold a valid and Transferable Visa (Article 18).
Availability: This is an urgent requirement; candidates must be Ready to Join Immediately.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to commercial kitchen and facility operations.

فني عام (General Technician)

المسؤوليات

الصيانة الصناعية: (فني المعدات) تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة المتخصصة والإصلاح السريع للأفران الصناعية، والمبردات، وآلات التجهيز الغذائي ضخمة الإنتاج.
الإشراف على المرافق: (فني عام) إجراء الصيانة الروتينية واستكشاف الأعطال في الأنظمة الكهربائية والصحية وأنظمة المرافق العامة لضمان استمرارية العمل.
السلامة والنظافة: إجراء كافة الإصلاحات والخدمات وفقاً لمعايير السلامة الصناعية وبروتوكولات النظافة الخاصة بقطاع التغذية.
العناية الوقائية: تنفيذ جداول تفتيش دورية لتحديد وإصلاح أعطال المعدات المحتملة قبل تأثيرها على سير الإنتاج.
إدارة المواد: مراقبة مستويات قطع الغيار والتنسيق مع فريق المشتريات لتوفير الإمدادات الفنية اللازمة.

المتطلبات

الخبرة: خبرة مهنية مثبتة كفني، وتحديداً في قطاع التجهيزات الغذائية، الضيافة، أو الصيانة الصناعية.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم متواجداً حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.
الوضع القانوني: يجب حمل إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
الجاهزية: هذا التوظيف عاجل؛ يجب أن يكون المرشح مستعداً للمباشرة الفورية.
المهارات الفنية: فهم عميق للأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية ذات الصلة بالمطابخ التجارية وعمليات المرافق.
