Join White Stores, a leading trading and distribution company in Kuwait. We are currently strengthening our operational and analytical teams to support our growing market presence. We are seeking disciplined, high-caliber individuals for two critical roles: a Data Analyst to drive business intelligence and a Delivery Driver to ensure the seamless distribution of goods to our retail partners.

• Data Analyst

• Delivery Driver (Trading & Distribution)

Responsibilities

• Analytical Intelligence: (Data Analyst) Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets, identifying market trends and operational efficiencies to support strategic decision-making.

• Logistics Execution: (Driver) Manage the daily delivery of goods to supermarkets across Kuwait, ensuring timely and accurate distribution while maintaining the integrity of the cargo.

• Operational Reporting: (Data Analyst) Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using Excel to track key performance indicators and financial metrics.

• Route Management: (Driver) Navigate Kuwait’s roads and areas with high efficiency, managing delivery schedules and maintaining professional relations with retail clients.

• Fleet Stewardship: (Driver) Safely operate manual delivery vans and perform routine vehicle checks to ensure peak operational readiness and road safety.

Requirements

• Professional Expertise:

  • Data Analyst: Significant professional experience in data analytics and a high level of mastery in Advanced Excel.

  • Driver: Deep knowledge of Kuwaiti roads/areas and the ability to operate manual transmission vans.

• Location & Residency:

  • Candidates must be currently residing in the State of Kuwait.

  • For the Driver role, living in Salmiya is preferred.

  • Article 18 (Transferable) residency is mandatory.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and a dedicated professional mindset.

• الذكاء التحليلي: (محلل البيانات) استخدام تقنيات تحليلية متقدمة لتفسير مجموعات البيانات المعقدة، وتحديد اتجاهات السوق لتعزيز اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.

• التنفيذ اللوجستي: (السائق) إدارة التوصيل اليومي للبضائع إلى الجمعيات والأسواق المركزية في كافة مناطق الكويت، مع ضمان الدقة والالتزام بالمواعيد.

• التقارير التشغيلية: (محلل البيانات) تطوير وصيانة لوحات بيانات وتقارير احترافية باستخدام برنامج Excel لتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.

• إدارة المسارات: (السائق) التنقل بكفاءة عالية في طرق ومناطق الكويت، وإدارة جداول التوصيل مع الحفاظ على علاقات مهنية طيبة مع العملاء.

• قيادة المركبات: (السائق) قيادة شاحنات التوصيل (ناقل حركة عادي/جير عادي) بأمان وإجراء الفحوصات الروتينية للمركبة لضمان جاهزيتها.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة المهنية:

  • محلل البيانات: خبرة مهنية قوية في تحليل البيانات مع إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Excel.

  • السائق: معرفة تامة بمناطق وطرق الكويت والقدرة على قيادة سيارات الـ Manual (جير عادي).

• الموقع والإقامة:

  • يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في دولة الكويت.

  • يفضل سكن منطقة السالمية لوظيفة السائق.

  • يشترط وجود إقامة مادة 18 (قابلة للتحويل).

• السمات الشخصية: دقة متناهية في التفاصيل، قدرة تنظيمية عالية، والتزام مهني تام.
