• Experience: 3–5 years (FMCG background preferred).

• Role: Oversee daily sales operations, manage team performance to hit monthly targets, and maintain key account relationships.

• Key Skills: Leadership, ERP systems (Dynamics AX), and strong negotiation abilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Warehouse Supervisor

Focus: Inventory Integrity & Operational Flow

• Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse operations.

• Role: Coordinate receiving, picking, and dispatching while ensuring strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Key Skills: Inventory management, ERP proficiency, and team coordination.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain.

3. Heavy / Trailer Truck Driver

Focus: Logistics Safety & Distribution

• Experience: 3–5 years driving heavy trucks in Kuwait.

• Role: Transport goods safely between factories, warehouses, and customer sites while maintaining vehicle roadworthiness.

• Requirements: Valid Kuwaiti Heavy Driving License and deep knowledge of local routes.

• Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and physically fit.

4. Sales Promoter / Associate

Focus: Customer Experience & Merchandising

• Experience: 1–2 years in retail or sales.

• Role: Support sales operations, manage product displays, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Key Skills: POS system knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a goal-driven attitude.

• Attributes: Energetic, presentable, and bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred.

1. مشرف مبيعات (Sales Supervisor): خبرة 3-5 سنوات في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية (FMCG).

2. مشرف مخازن (Warehouse Supervisor): خبرة 3-5 سنوات في إدارة المخازن والأنظمة المحاسبية (ERP).

3. سائق شاحنة ثقيلة / تريلا: خبرة 3-5 سنوات مع رخصة قيادة ثقيلة كويتية سارية.
