Lead Auditor
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Chair opening and closing meetings
- Assign to each team member responsibility for auditing specific processes, functions, sites, areas or activities and reassign work as needed
- Manage external team representation during the audit process (expert, translator, Accreditation Bodies, …)
- Periodically communicate the progress of the audit and any concerns to the client and to the audit team
- Review with the client any need for changes to the audit scope which becomes apparent as on-site auditing activities progress and report this to the back office
Procurement Specialist - Kuwait
Job Responsibilities:
- Scope: Indirect and direct categories
- Develop and implement country-specific procurement strategies that align with the organization's global objectives and local market conditions
- Analyze procurement needs, trends, and market conditions to forecast demand and optimize decisions
- Review procurement procedures to set up common rules and practices in District, based on MER & Caspian Sea. Set up appropriate policies.
- Build a procurement yearly roadmap with an identified action plan

- رئيس جلسات افتتاح واختتام الاجتماعات
- قم بتكليف كل عضو في الفريق بمسؤولية تدقيق عمليات أو وظائف أو مواقع أو مناطق أو أنشطة محددة، وأعد توزيع العمل حسب الحاجة.
- إدارة تمثيل الفريق الخارجي أثناء عملية التدقيق (خبير، مترجم، هيئات الاعتماد، ...)
- قم بإبلاغ العميل وفريق التدقيق بشكل دوري بتقدم عملية التدقيق وأي ملاحظات أو مخاوف.
- قم بمراجعة أي حاجة لتغيير نطاق التدقيق مع العميل والتي تتضح مع تقدم أنشطة التدقيق في الموقع، وقم بإبلاغ المكتب الخلفي بذلك.
أخصائي مشتريات - الكويت
المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
- النطاق: الفئات غير المباشرة والمباشرة
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات شراء خاصة بكل دولة تتماشى مع الأهداف العالمية للمنظمة وظروف السوق المحلية
- تحليل احتياجات الشراء والاتجاهات وظروف السوق للتنبؤ بالطلب وتحسين القرارات
- مراجعة إجراءات الشراء لوضع قواعد وممارسات موحدة في المنطقة، استناداً إلى معايير منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط وبحر قزوين. وضع سياسات مناسبة.
- قم بوضع خارطة طريق سنوية للمشتريات تتضمن خطة عمل محددة.
