1- Retail General Manager
Our Retail division is looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager who will take the business forward with an omni channel approach. The ideal candidate should be commercially astute with a proven track record of product, sales, and operations.
The ideal candidate should have at least 15+ years in B2B and B2C Sales Channels. The Jo responsibilities include the below but are not limited to:
· P&L Accountability
· Plan and Deliver the Annual Sales budgets
· Set and Implement Product and Price strategy
· Operations Management & Store profitability
· Devise the Marketing Strategy
· Business Development
· Supplier relationships
· Supply Chain Process and Cost Control
· Team Development & Succession Planning
Skills & Experience
· 15+ Years Retail Management experience
· Strong negotiation skills
· Commercially astute and profit focussed
· Influencing and collaborative management style
· Comfortable managing complexity
· Arabic is an advantage but not essential
· Background in Retail of Medical equipment is preferred
2- Marketing Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Excellent in the use of marketing tools for analytics, ad setup, and planning.
