SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will sit within the Global Security Assurance Team, reporting into the ISO Director.
The purpose of the job is to manage personnel and programs specific to ISO 27001. The position manages formulation and response of risk assessments, contract reviews/assessments, audit and contingency planning and delivery, and budget alignment. In addition, this position may be required to manage other assigned Security Assurance initiatives and support the activities of other sections within Global Security Assurance and other Sitel departments, measure inter-company and business-unit compliance to IT standards, evaluate reports and provide contractual certifications and accreditations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages Global Security Assurance ISO programs and projects; participates in pre-sale activities, produces responses to RFI/RFP questions, manages personnel supporting these initiatives.
Support Sitel Group Global Security Assurance programs, contribute to strategic planning and ensure compliance and alignment to existing policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for management on identification of needs affecting the success of Sitel Group Global Security Assurance mission and objectives. Produce data-driven analysis and advise leaders on the appropriateness of developmental efforts to fulfill those needs.
Develop, maintain, and produce reports and presentations of Global Security Assurance program status, etc.
Serve as subject matter expert and trainer for Global Security Assurance software tools; create program and project management efficiencies through software applications and programs.
Maintain Sitel Group compliance with applicable security laws, regulations, global security policies, procedures, and standards across the enterprise.
Maintain technical competence, training, and certifications in compliance and audit management methodology, tools, and best practices.
Works closely with global divisions to provide insight to current security assurance issues and will be responsible for complex research and trending to assist with analysis and ensure overall Global Security performance.
Conduct research on various topics related to security, governance, and enterprise management
May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Security, Information Technology or relevant field required.
7+ years of experience in Third party risk management, Information Risk and Compliance or equivalent compliance audit experience is required.
7+ years of experience with ISO 27001 control framework
3+ years of experience with cybersecurity in a highly regulated environment (healthcare or finance) required.
3+ years of experience managing audit and compliance personnel
Audit, cyber security certifications advantageous
