Human Resources Coordinator
We seek an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. Duties for the HR business partner will include
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters.
- Maintaining employee records, including Social Security numbers and contact information
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
- Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensuring all employment requirements are met
HR Business Partner Requirements:
Experience from 1-2 years of experience in the HR is required.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Excellent interpersonal skills.
