How can you unearth the possibilities with Nufarm?
Nufarm has a great opportunity for a Biological Manager Europe who will directly support the growth of our Biological business in Europe and manage all Biological concepts including obtaining project approval with Business Cases.
You will be responsible for initiating relevant internal development projects in close cooperation with Development and Regulatory teams. You support Crop Teams with “know how” on Biological solutions under Nufarm development as well as you ensure that Nufarm expands the requirement “know how” concerning Biologicals in Europe while managing the NuBio Team including its growth. Besides this you steer external NuBio communication to enhance Nufarm visibility on the market and support country organizations in Biological pre and launch activities.
What’s possible?
Lead the implementation of Nufarm Europe’s Biological strategy and support local organizations and Product Project Manager in products prelaunch and launch
Support prioritisation of opportunities to pursue for delivery in the short and medium term, including full involvement in products testing
Coordinate between regulatory and development specialists to deliver dossiers
Work with and ensure full alignment with the relevant colleagues in our Portfolio Solutions Team - in particular Product Project Managers for project delivery/implementation, Crop Managers, Customer Marketing, Commercial, Legal/IP and Supply Chain
Strengthen Crop Team awareness on Biologicals and assure new solutions integration into crop strategies while assuring the fit with Nufarm’s crop, product and commercial strategies
Contribute to IBP via PMR for forecasts, regulatory assumptions, and commercial updates
Provide special support to our Sales Organizations in Spain and BeNeLux to secure further growth of the market share in those countries
Manage the European BioNetwork while also support trainings for countries concerning Biocontrol and Biostimulants
Support the growth of internal NuBio network while involving and training new team members
Coordinate external communication concerning NuBio umbrella brand
Work closely and align with EuMEA Strategic Alliances Manager Biologicals to:
Design and update on yearly basis strategy and manage 3rd party relationships to deliver it
Participate to NPI Stage Gate Reviews to ensure projects’ progress along the stages

Proven experience in working and understanding different Biological solutions for different countries is a must for this very specialized role.
