Visual merchandiser manager focuses on designing displays, stands, and panels that are used at exhibitions, conferences, and other events. They also create window and in-store displays of goods for shops and department stores.
Responsibilities
Creating special displays to promote a specific product or offer
Creative thinker with high energy levels
Deciding how to use space and lighting creatively based on learnings of model stores
Making the best use of a store's space and layout
Creating branded visual merchandising packs (communication sent by Area VM) to share with store staff and store management
Perform appropriate display and merchandising to enhance sales and stores’ window image and maximize the attraction of customers to the stores
Originate display ideas to attract a maximum number of customers, promote sales and improve the visibility of slow-moving items in coordination with shop managers
Arrange properties, furniture, and merchandise according to prearranged plans
Supervise the requisition and construction of decorative materials such as wood, plastic, paper, and glass as needed
Maintain and manage window booking schedules as needed
