Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers and building relationships with them
• Understanding the technical aspects of the products or services being sold
• Providing information to customers about features and benefits of the products or services
• Demonstrating how the products or services work and answering any questions customer may have
• Negotiating the prices and contracts with customers
• Providing after-sales support.
• Keeping up-to-date with the new products and developments in the field
• Providing reports and analysis on sales and customer feedback
• Collaborative work with the sales to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
• Effectively communicate and present the solution and value proposition to customers
• Maintain accurate and detailed lead information and notes via pipedrive
• Ensure successful follow through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity
• Achieving sales lead gen target
• Create and prepare company proposals, contracts, and quotations
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related filed
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Technical knowledge and comprehensive understanding of how the company product and services work
• Exceptional skills in selling and closing deals
• Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance
