Requirements
Graduation
Experience in commercial printing, packaging, or related print production
Ability to read artwork files, job layouts, and technical specifications
Proficiency with estimating tools/software
Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to work under deadlines with multiple projects
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with prepress workflow and color management
Knowledge of vendor sourcing and purchasing
Experience with MIS/ERP systems in a print environment
Responsibilities
Review customer artwork, job specifications, and RFQs to prepare detailed cost estimates
Determine the most efficient production methods based on job details
Calculate material requirements, labor hours, machine time, outside services, and overall production costs
Prepare and submit estimates, quotes, or proposals within required timelines
Collaborate with sales teams to recommend cost-effective solutions and alternatives for customers
Update pricing based on vendor quotes, material costs, and internal production rates
Maintain knowledge of printing equipment capabilities, file preparation, and finishing options
Monitor job profitability and assist in cost analysis for completed projects
Maintain organized records of estimates, quotes, and production specifications
Communicate with production teams to ensure the estimate matches final job instructions

تحديد أنسب طرق الإنتاج وفقًا لتفاصيل العمل
حساب متطلبات المواد وساعات العمل ووقت الماكينات والخدمات الخارجية والتكاليف الإجمالية للإنتاج
إعداد وتقديم التقديرات والعروض في الوقت المطلوب
التعاون مع فرق المبيعات لتقديم حلول بديلة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة للعملاء
تحديث الأسعار بناءً على عروض المورّدين وتكاليف المواد ومعدلات الإنتاج الداخلية
