Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with customers to coordinate and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities using company software and computer systems.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all collection targets are met within specified deadlines.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.
Requirements
Experience: Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience is necessary.
Gender: This position is open to Male candidates only.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with customers.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer usage (Microsoft Office, data entry).
Language: A good command of the English language (both spoken and written).

التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء المتعلقة بالفواتير وحالة الدفع بوضوح ولباقة.

التكيف مع بيئة عمل سريعة مع الحفاظ على معايير عالية من الخدمة والنزاهة.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: متاح للخريجين الجدد؛ لا يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة.
الجنس: الوظيفة متاحة للذكور فقط.
التواصل: مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين للتعامل بفعالية مع العملاء.
