Responsibilities
Quality & Inspection: Oversee welding and tank construction activities, ensuring all work meets API 653 standards and project specifications through rigorous QC inspections.
Supervision & Leadership: Manage specialized site teams including scaffolding and tank construction crews to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution of site tasks.
HSE Oversight: Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental policies on-site to maintain a zero-incident environment in high-risk oil and gas zones.
Technical Engineering: Provide engineering support for tank construction and maintenance, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with KOC/KIPIC standards.
Incident Prevention: Identify potential hazards and non-conformities, implementing immediate corrective actions to safeguard personnel and assets.
Requirements
Experience: Mandatory relevant experience in Oil & Gas / KOC projects.
Technical Roles: Seeking QC Welding Supervisors/Inspectors, Tank Construction Supervisors, Tank Inspectors (API 653), Scaffolding Supervisors, and Tank Engineers.
HSE Roles: Seeking HSE Supervisors and HSE Officers with industry-standard credentials.
Certifications: Must possess valid certificates and licenses relevant to the specific position (e.g., API 653, NEBOSH, etc.).
Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Approvals: Previous approval for KIPIC/KOC projects is a significant advantage.

المسؤوليات
الجودة والتفتيش: الإشراف على أنشطة اللحام وبناء الخزانات، وضمان مطابقة كافة الأعمال لمعايير API 653 ومواصفات المشروع من خلال فحوصات دقيقة.
الإشراف والقيادة: إدارة فرق الموقع المتخصصة، بما في ذلك طواقم السقالات وبناء الخزانات، لضمان التنفيذ الآمن والاحترافي للمهام.
رقابة السلامة (HSE): تنفيذ ومراقبة سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع للحفاظ على بيئة عمل خالية من الحوادث في مناطق العمل الحساسة.
الهندسة الفنية: تقديم الدعم الهندسي لبناء وصيانة الخزانات، وضمان السلامة الإنشائية والامتثال لمعايير KOC و KIPIC.
منع الحوادث: تحديد المخاطر المحتملة وحالات عدم المطابقة، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفورية لحماية الأفراد والممتلكات.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة سابقة إلزامية في مشاريع النفط والغاز / KOC.
الوظائف الفنية: مطلوب مشرفي/مفتشي جودة لحام، مشرفي بناء خزانات، مفتشي خزانات (API 653)، مشرفي سقالات، ومهندسي خزانات.
وظائف السلامة: مطلوب مشرفي سلامة (HSE) ومسؤولي سلامة لديهم اعتمادات معترف بها في القطاع.
الشهادات: يجب امتلاك شهادات وتراخيص سارية المفعول لكل منصب (مثل API 653 أو NEBOSH وغيرها).
الجهوزية: الأفضلية لمن يمكنه المباشرة بالعمل فوراً.
الاعتمادات: يعتبر الاعتماد المسبق لمشاريع KIPIC أو KOC ميزة إضافية كبرى.
