A leading Catering and Life Support Services company in Kuwait is looking for a meticulous QHSE Officer to oversee our specialized Oil & Gas catering operations. Responsibilities
Compliance Management: Monitor and enforce QHSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements across all specialized catering units.
Audit & Inspection: Conduct rigorous and regular inspections related to food hygiene, occupational health & safety, and environmental practices.
Standards Implementation: Lead the proper application of HACCP, ISO 22000 (Food Safety), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environment).
Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents or non-conformities, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Reporting: Prepare detailed QHSE reports for management, ensuring all data accurately reflects site safety performance.
Requirements
Nationality & Residency: Strictly for Arab nationals currently residing inside Kuwait.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a QHSE role, with a strong preference for candidates from the catering or food service industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
Certifications: Highly preferred to have HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, or OSHA.
Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.
Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, local health regulations, and excellent communication skills in English.

المسؤوليات
إدارة الامتثال: مراقبة وفرض سياسات الجودة والسلامة والبيئة والمتطلبات القانونية في جميع وحدات التجهيزات الغذائية.
التدقيق والتفتيش: إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية وصارمة تتعلق بنظافة الأغذية، الصحة والسلامة المهنية، والممارسات البيئية.
تطبيق المعايير: قيادة التطبيق الصحيح لمعايير الهاسب (HACCP)، والآيزو 22000 (سلامة الغذاء)، والآيزو 45001 (السلامة والصحة)، والآيزو 14001 (البيئة).
التحقيق في الحوادث: التحقيق في الحوادث أو حالات عدم المطابقة، وإجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
إعداد التقارير: إعداد تقارير مفصلة للإدارة تضمن دقة بيانات أداء السلامة في المواقع.
المتطلبات
الجنسية والإقامة: مخصص للجنسيات العربية المقيمة حالياً داخل الكويت فقط.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في دور مسؤول QHSE، ويفضل في قطاع التجهيزات الغذائية أو خدمات الطعام.
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الأغذية، العلوم البيئية، السلامة الصناعية، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
الشهادات: يفضل بشدة الحصول على شهادات الهاسب، NEBOSH ،OSHA، أو شهادات مدقق آيزو.
الجهوزية: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مستعداً للمباشرة بالعمل فوراً.
المهارات: معرفة قوية بمعايير الآيزو واللوائح الصحية المحلية، مع إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية.
