Responsibilities
Commissioning Leadership: Direct and oversee all mechanical Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities to ensure systems are ready for full-scale operation.
Technical Supervision: Monitor site mechanical installations, ensuring every component aligns with engineering designs and project specifications.
Standards Compliance: Enforce rigorous adherence to international Oil & Gas industry standards and strict site safety procedures.
Project Documentation: Manage and prepare technical reports, commissioning logs, and quality assurance documentation for multidisciplinary review.
Team Synergy: Work effectively within integrated teams of engineers and technicians to resolve technical challenges and meet project milestones.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
Specialization: Strong, proven exposure to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases of energy projects.
Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (such as API or safety-related credentials) will be considered a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Status: Must be an Immediate Joiner currently residing in Kuwait (Local Hiring only).

المسؤوليات
قيادة التشغيل: توجيه والإشراف على كافة أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل (Pre-Commissioning) والتشغيل الميكانيكي لضمان جاهزية الأنظمة للعمل بكامل طاقتها.
الإشراف الفني: مراقبة التركيبات الميكانيكية في الموقع، وضمان مطابقة كل مكون للتصاميم الهندسية ومواصفات المشروع.
الامتثال للمعايير: فرض الالتزام الصارم بمعايير صناعة النفط والغاز الدولية وإجراءات السلامة الميدانية الدقيقة.
التوثيق الفني: إدارة وإعداد التقارير الفنية، سجلات التشغيل، ووثائق ضمان الجودة لمراجعتها من قبل الفرق متعددة التخصصات.
العمل الجماعي: العمل بفعالية ضمن فرق متكاملة من المهندسين والفنيين لحل التحديات التقنية وتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية (شرط إلزامي).
الخبرة: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات وتكون حصراً في قطاع النفط والغاز.
التخصص: خبرة قوية ومثبتة في مراحل ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل (Commissioning) لمشاريع الطاقة.
الشهادات: الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة ستعتبر ميزة إضافية قوية في عملية الاختيار.
المهارات: القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإظهار مهارات فعالة في حل المشكلات في بيئة عمل سريعة.
الحالة: التوظيف محلي للمقيمين في الكويت، ويشترط القدرة على المباشرة فوراً.
