Responsibilities
Service Excellence: Develop and implement training programs focused on world-class food and beverage service standards.
Staff Development: Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires and regular refresher training for existing staff to maintain peak performance.
Compliance Management: Ensure all team members strictly adhere to food hygiene, health and safety, and operational service protocols.
Quality Improvement: Monitor service quality on-site and introduce strategies to enhance the overall customer journey and brand reputation.
Performance Evaluation: Assess staff competencies through regular testing and observation, providing constructive feedback and coaching for continuous growth.
Requirements
Professional Expertise: Proven experience as a Trainer within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex procedures for diverse teams.
Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of food safety (HACCP), hygiene standards, and modern service techniques.
Leadership: A proactive mentor mindset with the ability to motivate staff and drive cultural change within the team.
Residency: This position is strictly for Local Hire (candidates currently residing inside Kuwait only).

إدارة الامتثال: ضمان التزام جميع أعضاء الفريق بشكل صارم ببروتوكولات سلامة الأغذية، النظافة، ومعايير الخدمة التشغيلية.
تحسين الجودة: مراقبة جودة الخدمة ميدانياً وتقديم استراتيجيات لتعزيز رحلة العميل العامة وسمعة العلامة التجارية.
تقييم الأداء: تقييم كفاءات الموظفين من خلال الاختبارات والملاحظة الدورية، وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة وتدريب مستمر للنمو المهني.
المتطلبات
الخبرة المهنية: خبرة مثبتة كمدرب في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات أو قطاع الضيافة.
مهارات التواصل: مهارات ممتازة في التحدث أمام الجمهور والتعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على تبسيط الإجراءات المعقدة لفرق عمل متنوعة.
المعرفة التشغيلية: فهم عميق لسلامة الغذاء، معايير النظافة، وتقنيات الخدمة الحديثة.
القيادة: عقلية الموجه المبادر مع القدرة على تحفيز الموظفين وإحداث تغيير إيجابي في ثقافة الفريق.
الإقامة: التوظيف مخصص للمقيمين داخل دولة الكويت فقط (تعيين محلي).
