HR Officer (Human Resources)

• Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective Learning & Development (L&D) programs to enhance staff capabilities.

  • Manage and oversee the Performance Management system to ensure productivity and alignment with company goals.

  • Handle employee relations and internal HR communications efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and support overall HR strategy.

• Requirements:

  • Arab National only (Native Arabic speaker).

  • Proven experience specifically in L&D and Performance Management.

  • Male candidates are preferred with a valid and transferable Kuwait residency.

  • Must be a local candidate currently residing in Kuwait.

Drivers (Full-time & Part-time)

• Responsibilities:

  • Execute delivery operations professionally and punctually across various locations in Kuwait.

  • Ensure the safety of the vehicle and the integrity of the goods being transported.

  • Maintain clear communication with the logistics and warehouse teams.

  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.

• Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Kuwait Heavy Driving License.

  • Proven experience in delivery operations within the Kuwaiti market.

  • Must have a valid and transferable residency visa.

  • Open to all nationalities (Proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage).

• Part-time Advantages: Flexible short-term contracts (1 to 3 months) within a professional delivery environment.

Warehouse & Logistics (Multiple Roles)
