Responsibilities

• Interior Designer: Transform retail spaces by creating detailed 3D designs, coordinating with vendors, and managing project timelines.

• Store Manager: Lead store operations, manage teams, and drive sales targets while maintaining high fashion standards.

• Marketing Coordinator: Execute offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Sales Associate: Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain the visual appeal of the store.

• Data Entry Clerk: Ensure high accuracy in data management and maintain organized records using MS Excel.

Requirements

• Interior Designer: Bachelor’s in Interior Design/Architecture with 4-6 years of experience; proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe.

• Retail Roles (Store Manager/Sales): Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role; fashion retail background is highly preferred.

• Marketing/Data Entry: Relevant experience in the specific field; proficiency in MS Office (Excel) is essential for data entry.↚

• General: Candidates must be based inside Kuwait with a transferable visa.

المسئوليات

• مدير متجر: قيادة عمليات المتجر، إدارة فرق العمل، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات مع الحفاظ على معايير العلامة التجارية.

• منسق تسويق: تنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق التقليدي (Offline) لتعزيز حضور العلامة التجارية.

• موظف مبيعات: تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية، مساعدة المتسوقين، والحفاظ على المظهر الجمالي للمتجر.

• مدخل بيانات: ضمان دقة إدارة البيانات والحفاظ على سجلات منظمة باستخدام برنامج Excel.

متطلبات الوظيفة

• مصمم داخلي: بكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو العمارة مع خبرة 4-6 سنوات؛ إتقان برامج AutoCAD وSketchUp وAdobe.

• وظائف التجزئة (مدير/مبيعات): خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في نفس الدور؛ ويفضل بشدة وجود خبرة في قطاع الأزياء.

• التسويق ومدخل البيانات: خبرة ذات صلة في المجال؛ وإجادة تامة لبرامج MS Office (خاصة Excel) لوظيفة مدخل البيانات.

• شروط عامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم داخل الكويت مع وجود إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
