Requirements

• Brand Development Officer:

  • Proven experience in the F&B industry or cloud kitchen environments.

  • Deep knowledge of menu engineering, pricing strategies, and product development.

  • High familiarity with delivery aggregators (e.g., Talabat, Keeta, etc.).

  • A blend of a strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.

• Social Media Officer:

  • Experience in social media management, preferably within the F&B sector.

  • Bilingual proficiency with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

  • Customer-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.

• Location: Must be currently residing in Kuwait (Local hiring only).

Responsibilities

• Brand Development Officer: Drive sustainable brand growth across all delivery platforms by optimizing digital menus and analyzing market trends. Enhance product quality and implement strategic pricing to stay ahead of the competition.

• Social Media Officer: Manage and expand our social media presence across all platforms. Engage directly with our community, ensure high-quality content consistency, and represent the brand’s voice authentically.↚

• Monitor performance metrics to adjust strategies for maximum customer reach and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the wider team to launch new products and marketing campaigns effectively.

• مسؤول تطوير العلامة التجارية (Brand Development Officer):

  • خبرة مثبتة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات أو المطابخ السحابية.

  • معرفة عميقة بهندسة المنيو، استراتيجيات التسعير، وتطوير المنتجات.

  • إلمام تام بمنصات التوصيل (مثل طلبات، كيت، وغيرها).

  • مزيج من العقلية التحليلية القوية ومهارات حل المشكلات بشكل إبداعي.

• مسؤول وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (Social Media Officer):

  • خبرة في إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الأغذية.

  • إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية مع مهارات تواصل قوية.

  • التركيز على خدمة العملاء مع اهتمام فائق بالتفاصيل.

• الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل دولة الكويت (توظيف محلي فقط).

مسئوليات

• مسؤول تطوير العلامة التجارية: قيادة نمو العلامة التجارية عبر منصات التوصيل من خلال تحسين القوائم الرقمية وتحليل اتجاهات السوق. تعزيز جودة المنتجات وتطبيق تسعير استراتيجي للمحافظة على التنافسية.

• مسؤول وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي: إدارة وتوسيع حضورنا على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي. التفاعل المباشر مع الجمهور، ضمان اتساق المحتوى عالي الجودة، وتمثيل صوت العلامة التجارية بصدق.

• مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء لتعديل الاستراتيجيات وضمان أقصى قدر من الوصول ورضا العملاء.

• التعاون مع الفريق لإطلاق منتجات جديدة وحملات تسويقية بفعالية.
