Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional accounting experience.

• Industry Background: Previous experience in the Construction field is highly preferred.

• Readiness: Ability to handle financial reporting and project-based accounting effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial record-keeping.

• Analyze financial data to provide accurate reports for project management.

• (For Senior Role) Oversee complex reconciliations, tax filings, and junior staff supervision.

• Support the finance department in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations.

• المهارات: مهارات محاسبية وتحليلية قوية ودقيقة.

• الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل دولة الكويت (توظيف محلي فقط).

• الجاهزية: القدرة على إدارة التقارير المالية ومحاسبة التكاليف بفعالية.

مسئوليات

• إدارة والإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية وحفظ السجلات المالية.

• تحليل البيانات المالية لتقديم تقارير دقيقة لإدارة المشاريع.

• ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية المحلية والضوابط الداخلية للشركة.

• (لدور المحاسب الأول) الإشراف على التسويات المعقدة، الملفات الضريبية، وتوجيه الموظفين الجدد.

• دعم القسم المالي في إعداد الميزانيات، التنبؤات، وتجهيزات التدقيق السنوي.
