We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) projects to lead project execution and ensure successful delivery in line with contractual and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Civil preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) projects in Kuwait
- Must hold relevant MEW approvals (if applicable)
- Strong project execution and stakeholder management experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project execution from planning to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with MEW standards and regulations
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Lead project teams and subcontractors
- Ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance
- Report project progress to senior management

نبحث عن مدير مشروع ذو خبرة قوية في مشاريع وزارة الكهرباء والماء (MEW) لقيادة تنفيذ المشاريع وضمان التسليم الناجح وفق المتطلبات التعاقدية والفنية.
المتطلبات:
✔ درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل كهرباء / مدني)
✔ خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في إدارة المشاريع في مشاريع البناء أو البنية التحتية
✔ خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع وزارة الكهرباء والماء (MEW) بالكويت
✔ يجب أن يكون حاصلًا على الموافقات اللازمة من MEW (إذا كان ذلك مطبقًا)
✔ خبرة قوية في تنفيذ المشاريع وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة
✔ يفضل إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
✔ مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
▪ إدارة تنفيذ المشروع من التخطيط حتى الإنجاز
▪ التنسيق مع العملاء والمستشارين والجهات الحكومية
▪ ضمان الالتزام بمعايير ولوائح MEW
▪ مراقبة جداول المشاريع والميزانيات والموارد
▪ قيادة فرق المشروع والمقاولين الفرعيين
▪ ضمان الجودة والسلامة والالتزام التعاقدي
▪ تقديم تقارير تقدم المشروع للإدارة العليا
