Contracts Technician (Two job opportunities)
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical assistance to the Contracts Department personnel.
- Supports the Contracts Administrators in the preparation of tender invitation documents.
- Supports the Contracts Administrators in the production of documentation for approvals etc.
- Distributes the Contract documents as directed by the Contracts Administrator.
- Completes and ensures safe storage of contract audit files.
- Maintains contract correspondence files.
Lead Contracts Engineer (Two job opportunities)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre – award activities including bid invitation preparation, processing queries from bidders, preparation of bid evaluation programmes, evaluation of bids, negotiation, preparation of Recommendation for Award, contract preparation and award formalities in accordance with Client Project Gate System and procedures
- Responsible for post – award activities including conducting kick – off meetings, coordinating all contract submittals and correspondence, preparation and processing of variation orders, claims and close out;
- Manages the drafting of Invitation to Tender packages for contracts for large O&G facilities projects. Review and, if necessary, proposes comments on and propose alternative text/clauses to client contract conditions;
Lead Construction Engineer Piping /Pipeline
Responsibilities
- Promote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
- Develop and maintain a familiarity and appreciation of capability and ongoing workload of Construction’s support providers / contractors.
- Develop and maintain functional responsibility for all construction and completions personnel
- Overall supervision of construction engineers.
Lead Construction Engineer - Piping
Essential Skills/experience

Lead Construction Engineer - Mechanical
Responsibilities

- Minimum 15 years total post-graduation experience
- Minimum 10 years post-graduation experience in oil and gas construction
- Must Have min 5 years’ experience in a Lead/Senior Construction role

مهندس عقود رئيسي (فرصتان وظيفيتان)
المسؤوليات:
- مسؤول عن أنشطة ما قبل الترسية، بما في ذلك إعداد دعوات تقديم العطاءات، ومعالجة استفسارات مقدمي العطاءات، وإعداد برامج تقييم العطاءات، وتقييم العطاءات، والتفاوض، وإعداد توصية الترسية، وإعداد العقد، واستكمال إجراءات الترسية وفقًا لنظام بوابة مشروع العميل وإجراءاته.
