1. Brand Development Officer
- Drive brand growth across delivery platforms by optimizing menus, analyzing market trends, and enhancing product quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience in F&B or cloud kitchens
- Knowledge of menu engineering, pricing, or product development
- Familiarity with delivery aggregators (Talabat, Keeta, etc.)
- Strong analytical and creative mindset
2. Social Media Officer
- Manage and grow social media presence, engage with customers, and ensure consistent, high-quality content across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management (preferably in F&B)
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
