Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license (Heavy/Construction Category) relevant to the specific machinery.
Experience: Proven hands-on experience in operating heavy equipment or driving heavy tankers/trucks.
Skills: Strong understanding of site safety protocols and equipment maintenance basics.
Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable residency.

Responsibilities
Operation: Safely operating excavators, loaders, and heavy vehicles on active construction sites.
Site Coordination: Following instructions from site supervisors to ensure efficient earthmoving and material transport.
Maintenance: Conducting daily pre-operation inspections and ensuring the cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned machinery.
Safety: Strictly adhering to Ahmadiah’s health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards at all times.↚

الرخصة: يجب امتلاك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية (فئة إنشائية/ثقيلة) تناسب المعدة المطلوبة.
الخبرة: خبرة عملية مثبتة في تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة أو قيادة الصهاريج والشاحنات الكبيرة.
المهارات: فهم قوي لبروتوكولات السلامة في المواقع وأساسيات صيانة المعدات.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
المهنية: الالتزام بالمواعيد والتقيد التام بممارسات القيادة والتشغيل الآمنة.
المسؤوليات
التشغيل: تشغيل الحفارات واللودرات والمركبات الثقيلة بأمان في مواقع العمل النشطة.
التنسيق الميداني: اتباع تعليمات مشرفي الموقع لضمان كفاءة أعمال الحفر ونقل المواد.
الصيانة: إجراء فحص يومي قبل التشغيل وضمان نظافة وصيانة المعدات المسندة إليك.
السلامة: الالتزام الصارم بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاصة بشركة الأحمدية.
اللوجستيات: ضمان توصيل المياه أو المواد (لسائقي الشاحنات) في الوقت المحدد حسب احتياجات المشروع.
