Experience: Up to 3 years of proven experience in IT support or technical maintenance (preferred).
Language: Must be a Fluent Arabic Speaker (essential for effective coordination within the school).
Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
Location: Candidates should be residing in Kuwait with a valid residency.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to support students, teachers, and administrative staff.
Responsibilities
Technical Support: Providing immediate hardware and software troubleshooting for classroom and office devices.
Network Maintenance: Ensuring stable internet connectivity and managing local school networks.
System Updates: Performing regular software updates and maintaining digital security protocols.

متطلبات الوظيفة
الخبرة: يفضل خبرة تصل إلى 3 سنوات في الدعم الفني أو الصيانة التقنية.

المهارات: براعة في استكشاف وإصلاح أعطال الأجهزة والبرمجيات والشبكات.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في الكويت مع إقامة سارية.
التواصل: مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين لدعم الطلاب والمعلمين والإداريين.
المسؤوليات
الدعم الفني: توفير حلول فورية لأعطال الأجهزة والبرمجيات في الفصول الدراسية والمكاتب.
صيانة الشبكة: ضمان استقرار الاتصال بالإنترنت وإدارة الشبكات المحلية للمدرسة.
تحديث الأنظمة: إجراء تحديثات دورية للبرامج والحفاظ على بروتوكولات الأمن الرقمي.
مساعدة المستخدمين: دعم الموظفين والطلاب في استخدام المنصات التعليمية والأدوات السحابية.
إدارة المخزون: صيانة وتتبع الأصول والمعدات التقنية الخاصة بالمدرسة.
التنسيق: التعاون مع الإدارة لتعزيز الموارد الرقمية المتاحة للتعلم.
