• Experience: Proven accounting background specifically within the E-commerce and Retail sectors.

• Languages: Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.) and a strong grasp of accounting principles.

• Availability: Must be able to start immediately.

• Preferred Assets: Experience with Shopify, POS systems, inventory management, and international tax procedures.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and complex financial reconciliations.

• Handling specialized e-commerce transactions and reconciling online payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Shopify).

• Monitoring and auditing retail and online inventory costs and transactions.

• Preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Supporting the management team with budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis. ↚

• مهارات مفضلة: خبرة في منصة (Shopify)، أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS)، وإجراءات الضرائب الدولية.

المسؤوليات

• إدارة عمليات مسك الدفاتر اليومية، الفواتير، والتسويات المالية المعقدة.

• معالجة معاملات التجارة الإلكترونية وتسوية بوابات الدفع عبر الإنترنت (مثل PayPal و Stripe).

• مراقبة وتدقيق تكاليف مخزون التجزئة والمخزون الإلكتروني ومعاملاتهما.

• إعداد تقارير مالية شاملة (شهرية، ربع سنوية، وسنوية).

• دعم الإدارة في إعداد الميزانيات، التنبؤات المالية، والتحليلات المالية الدقيقة.
