Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure all delivery targets are met efficiently.

• Manage driver performance and fleet activities under Keeta and Talabat contracts.

• Monitor operational workflows using computer systems to optimize delivery routes and timings.

• Provide clear, bilingual communication (Arabic/English) to coordinate between management and field staff.

• Ensure all safety protocols and company standards are strictly followed on-site.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and reward excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the same field (Logistics/Delivery Supervision).

• High proficiency in computer skills and digital operational tools.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (Verbal and Written).

• Must possess a valid Kuwaiti Driver’s License.

• Must have a valid and transferable residency permit (Article 18).

• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (10 hours daily).

• مراقبة سير العمل باستخدام الأنظمة الحاسوبية لتحسين مسارات وتوقيتات التوصيل.

• توفير تواصل واضح باللغتين (العربية والإنجليزية) للتنسيق بين الإدارة والموظفين الميدانيين.

• ضمان اتباع كافة بروتوكولات السلامة ومعايير الشركة بدقة في الموقع.

• إجراء تقييمات دورية للأداء لتحديد جوانب التحسين ومكافأة المتميزين.

المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال (إشراف العمليات اللوجستية/التوصيل).

• إتقان مهارات الحاسوب والأدوات التقنية التشغيلية.

• إجادة التحدث والكتابة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.

• يجب حمل رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول.

• يجب وجود إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).

• القدرة على الالتزام بدوام كامل (10 ساعات يومياً).
