Responsibilities
Barista Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks and beverages with precision and artistry.
Customer Engagement: Provide a warm welcome to guests, taking orders accurately and offering product recommendations with a smile.
Operational Support (Helper): Assist the barista team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring stock is replenished and orders are organized.
Quality Maintenance: Ensure all food and beverage safety standards are strictly followed while maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the café.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues to manage high-volume periods and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in a Customer Service role is highly preferred.
Residency: Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a natural ability to work effectively within a team.
Adaptability: Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-energy working environment.
Availability: Ready to commit to a Full-Time schedule.

المسؤوليات
إتقان البارستا: تحضير وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من مشروبات القهوة المختصة بدقة وفن.
التفاعل مع العملاء: تقديم ترحيب حار للضيوف، واستلام الطلبات بدقة، وتقديم توصيات حول المنتجات بابتسامة.
الدعم التشغيلي (عامل مساعد): مساعدة فريق البارستا في الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم مساحة العمل، وضمان تعبئة المخزون وتنظيم الطلبات.
الحفاظ على الجودة: ضمان الالتزام الصارم بجميع معايير سلامة الأغذية والمشروبات مع الحفاظ على المظهر الجمالي للمقهى.
التعاون الجماعي: العمل بسلاسة مع الزملاء لإدارة فترات العمل المزدحمة وضمان سير العمليات اليومية بمرونة.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في وظيفة بارستا أو في مجال خدمة العملاء.
الإقامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الكويت ويمتلك إقامة سارية قابلة للتحويل.
المهارات: مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة طبيعية على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.
المرونة: القدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء والكفاءة في بيئة عمل متسارعة وذات طاقة عالية.
التفرغ: الاستعداد للالتزام بجدول عمل بدوام كامل.
