Responsibilities
Nursing Staff: Provide high-quality clinical care, administer treatments, and support patients throughout their medical journey in compliance with health regulations.

Arabic Receptionist: Manage patient admissions, handle inquiries in Arabic and English, and ensure a welcoming environment at the front desk.
Call Center Team Leader: Supervise the telecommunications team, manage appointment scheduling, and ensure exceptional customer service over the phone.
Assistant Nurse: Support the primary nursing staff in daily clinical tasks and maintain an organized, sterile environment for patient care.

Requirements
Licensing: Nurses must possess a valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license.

Leadership: The Team Leader role requires prior experience in managing teams and high-volume call environments.
Gender: Certain roles (Nurse, Assistant Nurse, Receptionist) are specifically open to Female candidates as per current operational needs.
