Responsibilities
Sushi Chef: Craft high-quality sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls while maintaining authentic Japanese techniques and strict food safety standards.
Runner: Ensure the seamless flow of dishes from the kitchen to the table, maintaining pace and presentation to enhance the guest dining experience.
Hostess: Provide a sophisticated welcome to guests, manage reservations efficiently, and set the tone for a premium dining journey.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to the restaurant's high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver consistent, world-class service.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in Japanese or Asian cuisine concepts is essential for all roles.
Residency: Hiring is strictly for local candidates currently residing in Kuwait.
Visa Status: Must possess a transferable visa (Article 18).
Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who are immediate joiners.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

شيف سوشي: تحضير السوشي والساسيمي واللفائف الخاصة بجودة عالية مع الالتزام بالتقنيات اليابانية الأصيلة ومعايير سلامة الغذاء.
عامل مناولة (Runner): ضمان تدفق الأطباق بسلاسة من المطبخ إلى الطاولة، والحفاظ على سرعة الخدمة وشكل الطبق لتعزيز تجربة الضيف.
مضيفة (Hostess): استقبال الضيوف بأسلوب راقٍ، وإدارة الحجوزات بفعالية، وترك انطباع أول متميز يعكس فخامة المكان.
ضبط الجودة: الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة العمل والالتزام الصارم بمعايير النظافة والاحترافية.
التعاون الجماعي: العمل بانسجام مع طاقم المطبخ والخدمة لضمان تقديم تجربة طعام متكاملة وعالمية المستوى.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة سابقة مثبتة في المطاعم اليابانية أو الآسيوية (شرط أساسي لجميع الأدوار).
الإقامة: التوظيف مخصص للمرشحين المتواجدين داخل الكويت فقط.
تأشيرة العمل: يجب امتلاك إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
الجهوزية: الأفضلية للمرشحين الذين يمكنهم المباشرة بالعمل فوراً.
المهارات: مهارات تواصل قوية وعقلية تركز على إرضاء العميل.
