Core Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong professional partnerships with healthcare practitioners and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Clinical Training: Provide comprehensive product training and technical support to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Compliance: Ensure all activities and product promotion strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and company ethics.
Strategic Presentation: Prepare and deliver impactful clinical presentations to stakeholders and attend key industry conferences and seminars.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a related scientific or medical field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Specialized Expertise: Direct experience dealing with MOH (Ministry of Health) hospitals is highly preferred.
Department Focus: Expertise in Anesthesia & ICU, Emergency, Pediatric, or Cardiovascular departments will be a major advantage.

المسؤوليات الأساسية
إدارة العلاقات: بناء وتعزيز شراكات مهنية قوية مع الممارسين الصحيين وقادة الرأي (KOLs).
التدريب الإكلينيكي: تقديم تدريب شامل على المنتجات ودعم فني للمتخصصين لضمان أفضل النتائج للمرضى.
الامتثال: ضمان التزام جميع الأنشطة والترويج للمنتجات بالمتطلبات التنظيمية وسياسات الشركة الأخلاقية.
العروض الاستراتيجية: إعداد وتقديم عروض توضيحية إكلينيكية مؤثرة وحضور المؤتمرات والندوات الصناعية الكبرى.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (علمي أو طبي).
الخبرة: سنتان على الأقل من الخبرة المهنية ذات الصلة.
الخبرة التخصصية: يفضل بشدة من لديهم خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع مستشفيات وزارة الصحة (MOH).
مجالات التخصص: تعتبر الخبرة في أقسام التخدير والعناية المركزة (ICU)، الطوارئ، الأطفال، أو أمراض القلب ميزة إضافية كبيرة.
