FAWAZ Kuwait is seeking highly qualified professionals to join its specialized team for a Maintenance Contract with the Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW). We are looking for experts with a deep technical background in modern power plants to ensure the highest standards of operational excellence.
Available Positions
1. Consultant Maintenance Engineer
Education: Engineering Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in power plant maintenance (Modern steam power plants, unit size ≥ 150MW).
Seniority: At least 10 years as a Senior Engineer.
Skills: In-depth technical capacity to plan and direct maintenance, inventory control, and enhancement of MEW standards.
Certification: Experience or certified training in ISO 9001:2015 and QA/QC.
2. Senior Maintenance Engineer
Education: Engineering Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in power plant maintenance (Modern steam power plants, unit size ≥ 150MW).
Seniority: At least 5 years as a Senior Engineer.
Skills: Technical capability to specify and direct maintenance activities and inventory control.
Certification: Experience or certified training in ISO 9001:2015 and QA/QC.
3. Safety Supervisor
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5 years of practical maintenance experience (Power stations, petroleum, or petrochemical plants) with at least 3 years as a Safety Supervisor.
Certification: Formal certified training in Industrial Safety, Firefighting, and First Aid.
Skills: Proficiency in English to understand MEWRE safety rules and contract terms.
4. Safety Technician
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3 years of practical maintenance experience in power stations, petroleum, or petrochemical plants.
Certification: Formal certified training in Industrial Safety, Firefighting, and First Aid.
Skills: Sufficient English knowledge for safety procedures and contract compliance.

الخبرة: لا تقل عن 15 سنة في صيانة محطات القوى (محطات البخار الحديثة، حجم الوحدة ≥ 150 ميجاوات).
الأقدمية: 10 سنوات على الأقل كمهندس أول (Senior Engineer).
المهارات: قدرة فنية عالية على تخطيط وتوجيه أنشطة الصيانة، التحكم في المخزون، ورفع معايير الصيانة بالوزارة.
الاعتماد: خبرة أو تدريب معتمد في ISO 9001:2015 والجودة (QA/QC).
2. مهندس صيانة أول (Senior Maintenance Engineer)
المؤهل: بكالوريوس هندسة.
الخبرة: لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صيانة محطات القوى (محطات البخار الحديثة، حجم الوحدة ≥ 150 ميجاوات).

3. مشرف سلامة (Safety Supervisor)
المؤهل: دبلوم هندسة ميكانيكية.
الخبرة: 5 سنوات خبرة عملية في أعمال الصيانة (محطات قوى، منشآت نفطية أو بتروكيماوية) منها 3 سنوات كمشرف سلامة.
الاعتماد: تدريب رسمي معتمد في السلامة الصناعية، مكافحة الحرائق، والإسعافات الأولية.
المهارات: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية لفهم قواعد السلامة الخاصة بالوزارة وشروط العقد.
4. فني سلامة (Safety Technician)
المؤهل: دبلوم هندسة ميكانيكية.
الخبرة: 3 سنوات خبرة عملية في أعمال الصيانة بمحطات القوى أو المنشآت النفطية والبتروكيماوية.
الاعتماد: تدريب رسمي معتمد في السلامة الصناعية، مكافحة الحرائق، والإسعافات الأولية.
المهارات: معرفة كافية باللغة الإنجليزية لفهم إجراءات السلامة والامتثال للعقود.
