📊 Join Our Finance Team: Accountant (Receivable) Wanted
Al-Hafez Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to specialize in Accounts Receivable and Inventory Control. This is a pivotal role within our finance department, focusing on financial accuracy, inventory integrity, and regulatory compliance. If you have a strong background in SAP and financial analysis, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Lead all Accounts Receivable functions and maintain strict inventory control.
Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports and analyze complex financial data.
Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal audits and ensure all financial activities align with industry regulations and standards.
System Management: Utilize ERP software to streamline financial tasks and data entry.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in Accounts Receivable and Inventory Control.
Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in SAP (ERP) software is mandatory.
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
Languages: Must be Bilingual (Arabic and English) with excellent communication skills.
Status: Must hold a valid Kuwait residency and be available to join immediately.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
الإدارة المالية: تولي مسؤولية كافة مهام الذمم المدينة (Accounts Receivable) والرقابة الدقيقة على المخزون.
التقارير: إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية وتحليل البيانات المالية المعقدة.
التدقيق والامتثال: إجراء عمليات التدقيق الداخلي وضمان مطابقة الأنشطة المالية للوائح والمعايير المتبعة.
إدارة الأنظمة: استخدام برامج ERP لتنظيم المهام المالية وإدخال البيانات بكفاءة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل.
الخبرة: لا تقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في الذمم المدينة ومراقبة المخزون.
المهارات الفنية: * إتقان متقدم لنظام SAP (ERP) (شرط أساسي).
مهارات متقدمة في برامج Microsoft Office (خاصة برنامج Excel).
اللغات: إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
الإقامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على إقامة كويتية سارية ومستعداً للمباشرة فوراً.
