About the job
Yango Deli Tech is looking for an experienced SaaS Commercial Implementation Manager to be part of the implementation and Customer Success teams, working closely with Implementation Consultants/Analysts, Customer Success Managers and Product colleagues, who are focused on helping customers get the most value from their investment in our software.
Main responsibilities
-Manage the entire customer implementation process, from kickoff to solution go-live
-Coordinate with account executives, implementation engineers, product managers, and training and support teams to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for customers
-Develop an implementation plan and timeline in collaboration with customers
-Provide solution setup and configurations based on customer requirements and workflows
-Work with customers to test solutions in UAT and prepare for go-live
- Train new users on Yango Deli Tech systems and procedures as a supplement to other training resources
-Leverage appropriate stakeholder involvement throughout the life of the project to ensure success
- Troubleshoot hardware and software system problems for clients and escalate to technical support when needed
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry technology, standards and trends, best practices, and have a thorough knowledge of Yango Deli Tech’s products and services
-Manage multiple projects at one time
Requirements
-Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong acumen in Supply Chain, E-commerce, Retail.
-Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
-Strong understanding of commercial and financial processes
-The ability to identify areas for improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced excel skills
-Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
- Flexibility and ability to travel
