We are looking for a seasoned public relations professional to create narratives that guide our company. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing PR efforts, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of PR functions—and an established relationship with the well-respected media in our realm.
Immediate joiners are preferred .
Salary : KWD 1500
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
Evaluate and establish the public relations plan and strategy.
Ensure that the PR campaigns are aligned with all company strategic goals and relevant plans for growth and new business opportunities.
Leverage existing media relationships, including broadcast, traditional, and online) to land prominent placements.
Pitch new ideas, and amplify content and social concepts to propel brand awareness while representing the brand voice, and staying consistent with current trends and media opportunities.
Write timely press releases and media kits, and direct social media team for proactive and regular communication.
Help establish crisis strategies and contain any damage.
Handle all inbound media inquiries and requests.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 4 years experience in public relations role.
Established media relationships.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Knowledge of traditional and digital media and social media.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Superb written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.

Position : Graphic Designer
We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography.
Candidates residing in Kuwait are preferred.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Visa 18 transferable
Arab nationality preferred.
Immediate joiners
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-4 years of experience in graphic design (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
Responsibilities
Communicate with the Customer Support team to obtain information related to the clients’ requests and ensure proper understanding of the requirements to develop suitable concepts/ designs/ samples.
Analyze the latest market and consumer behavior trends and incorporate the same into the concept development process to facilitate determining the size and arrangement of product material to be designed.
Utilize the required tools and techniques such as 3D Making, Color Arranging, Image Retouching, etc and using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Esko to create new designs, concepts and sample layouts based on requirements.
Modify and edit sample drawings as per the received feedback.
Prepare final design layouts and refine the products look and feel within the set timeframe and submit the same to the concerned Stakeholders to move forward with the production process.
Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
Maintain accurate documentation of developed material for future reference.
