1-  Senior Marketing Manager

ROF Group is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager who can Lead, direct and oversee the execution of all marketing activities to achieve the department's overall objectives to link marketing efforts to the financial performance of the company.

 Responsible for marketing communications for all brands under ROF Group; aims to increase customer value and market share.

Responsible and accountable for an annual marketing budget, allocate the budget for each project, and monitor expenditures against the approved budget.

Manage the team by coaching, reviewing job contributions, monitoring team attendance, and determining productivity.

Ensure timely delivery of projects and services with quality as per the company standard and brand guidelines.

Identify new target audiences, establish the company’s unique value proposition, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

Gather customer and market insights to form effective strategies, increase customer conversions, drive traffics, and generate more qualified leads.

Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.

Develop and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics to the Leadership team.

Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on Marketing activity and learning.

Work with Franchisees to align Marketing activity and direction.


Strong experience in annual marketing planning and budgeting.

Knowledgeable in all aspects of traditional and digital marketing tactics in the F&B Industry.

Close to market trends and well aware-of effective influencers and opinion leaders.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and translate creative ideas into action with a clear ROI.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write a marketing plan that communicates high-level strategy and actionable tactics.

 Proficient in MS Office tools.

 Has worked with marketing agencies and production houses.

 High knowledge of the Kuwaiti market.

 Leadership and people management skills.

 Analytical and critical thinking skills.

 Attention to detail.

 Willingness to travel.

2- Bussiness Development Executive

CAF is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our specialty coffee to local cafes as a B2B sales executive. The primary focus of this role is to increase sales and expand the company's customer base by establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and target potential B2B customers and sales channels, including coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and offices.
 Build relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs and requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
 Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue streams, including negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform and improve sales strategy.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns to promote our speciality coffee beans to B2B customers.

Excellent communication in both English and Arabic is a must.

 Knowledge of specialty coffee beans, brewing techniques, and the coffee industry is preferred.
  Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Additional Details

Driving license is an added advantage.
Should be locally available in Kuwait with a transferable visa (18).

Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in the coffee or food and beverage industry is a must.
