Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and communication activities in alignment with the company's marketing plan.
Coordinate all marketing efforts to generate qualified leads and boost sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to effectively promote DarScrubs Kuwait's offerings.
Engage clients and prospects through creative marketing strategies, ensuring they are informed about our products and services.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with various marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and the Kuwaiti market is a plus.
