Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction projects.
Experience with PAWH projects is an asset.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Elite Fire, and Microsoft Office.
Certifications in MEP or Fire Protection Systems are advantageous.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Responsibilities
Design, plan, and supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fuel and oil systems, irrigation, and specialized fire protection systems.
Prepare BOQs, technical submissions, and material specifications; support tender assessments.
Collaborate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams for cohesive project execution.
Oversee site mechanical works and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Produce technical reports, progress summaries, and maintain organized project records.

تعتبر الخبرة في مشاريع الهيئة العامة للأشغال والإسكان (PAWH) ميزة إضافية.
إجادة برامج AutoCAD، Elite Fire، وMicrosoft Office.
الشهادات في MEP أو أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق ميزة إضافية.
إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية مفضلة.
المسؤوليات
تصميم وتخطيط والإشراف على تركيب وتشغيل وصيانة الأنظمة الميكانيكية بما في ذلك HVAC، السباكة، مكافحة الحرائق، أنظمة الوقود والزيوت، الري، وأنظمة الحماية من الحرائق المتخصصة.
إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQs)، المستندات الفنية، ومواصفات المواد؛ دعم تقييمات المناقصات.
التعاون مع الفرق الكهربائية والمدنية والمعمارية لضمان تنفيذ متكامل للمشروع.
الإشراف على الأعمال الميكانيكية في الموقع وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة.
إعداد التقارير الفنية، ملخصات التقدم، والحفاظ على سجلات المشروع منظمة.
