Requirements
Graduation in relevant field.
Experience in commercial printing, packaging, or related print production.
Ability to read artwork files, job layouts, and technical specifications.
Proficiency with estimating tools/software.
Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with prepress workflow and color management.
Knowledge of vendor sourcing and purchasing.
Experience with MIS/ERP systems in a print environment.
Responsibilities
Review customer artwork, job specifications, and RFQs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Determine the most efficient production method(s) based on job details.
Calculate material requirements, labor hours, machine time, outside services, and overall production costs.
Prepare and submit estimates, quotes, or proposals within required timelines.
Collaborate with sales teams to recommend cost-effective solutions and alternatives for customers.
Update pricing based on vendor quotes, material costs, and internal production rates.
Maintain knowledge of printing equipment capabilities, file preparation, and finishing options.
Monitor job profitability and assist in cost analysis for completed projects.
Maintain organized records of estimates, quotes, and production specifications.
Communicate with production teams to ensure the estimate matches final job instructions.

مراجعة الأعمال الفنية للعملاء ومواصفات الوظائف وطلبات الأسعار لإعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف.
تحديد أكثر طرق الإنتاج كفاءة بناءً على تفاصيل العمل.
حساب متطلبات المواد وساعات العمل ووقت الآلة والخدمات الخارجية والتكاليف الإجمالية للإنتاج.
إعداد وتقديم التقديرات والعروض ضمن الجداول الزمنية المطلوبة.
التعاون مع فرق المبيعات لتقديم حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة للعملاء.
تحديث الأسعار بناءً على عروض الموردين وتكاليف المواد ومعدلات الإنتاج الداخلية.
الحفاظ على معرفة قدرات معدات الطباعة وتحضير الملفات وخيارات التشطيب.
متابعة ربحية المشاريع والمساعدة في تحليل التكاليف للمشاريع المكتملة.
الحفاظ على سجلات منظمة للتقديرات والعروض ومواصفات الإنتاج.
التواصل مع فرق الإنتاج لضمان مطابقة التقدير لتعليمات العمل النهائية.
