Key Responsibilities:
- As a Outside Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for RLC (Residential Light Commercial) & VRFs.
- Engage with contractors, and end-users to promote our product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and timelines.

- The purpose of this role is to support the company’s strategic growth by providing technical sales expertise across key market segments and actively contributing to outside sales initiatives.
- The Sales Engineer acts as an Outside Sales professional, supporting a range of sales activities and managing customer relationships to drive business development and improve customer satisfaction.
- This role is critical in aligning customer needs with tailored system solutions, enhancing the performance of the commercial team, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
- The position contributes directly to the execution of the RLC-VRF growth strategy and to achieving the business objectives set out in the 2025 plan and beyond.
Senior Sales Engineer - HVAC Sales / Retrofit
Role Responsibilities
- Designation: Sr.Sales Engineer - HVAC Retrofit & Replacement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and drive retrofit & replacement opportunities for HVAC Plant room solutions (Chillers, DX and Airside equipments).
- Conduct site visits and assess existing HVAC systems to determine efficiency gaps and recommend retrofit solutions for improved efficiency and performance.
- Develop and present proposals through solution-based selling.
- Designing and implement custom Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for HVAC systems.
- Staying current with emerging HVAC technologies, building codes, and energy regulations.
Role Purpose
- The roles and responsibilities for a position focused on HVAC plant room solutions, including building customer relationships, conducting site assessments, proposing retrofit solutions, and designing energy conservation measures.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC Sales/Retrofit
- Experience in HVAC controls and Automations
- Experience in sales HVAC equipments, chillers, VRF and packages
- Experience in Kuwait market
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- بناء علاقات قوية والحفاظ عليها مع العملاء الحاليين والجدد، ودفع فرص التحديث والاستبدال لحلول غرف محطات التكييف والتهوية (المبردات، ومعدات التبريد المباشر، ومعدات جانب الهواء).
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية وتقييم أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء الحالية لتحديد فجوات الكفاءة والتوصية بحلول التحديث لتحسين الكفاءة والأداء.
- تطوير وتقديم المقترحات من خلال البيع القائم على الحلول.
- تصميم وتنفيذ تدابير الحفاظ على الطاقة المخصصة لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء.
