📋 Role Qualifications
HR Executive: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Kuwait experience in the Drilling Industry (Oil and Gas). Must be fluent in English.
Government Relations Officer (GRO): Minimum of 4 to 6 years of Kuwait experience in the Drilling Industry (Oil and Gas). Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Finance Analyst: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Kuwait experience in the Drilling Industry (Oil and Gas). Must be fluent in English.
Procurement/Sourcing Specialist: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of Kuwait experience in the Drilling Industry (Oil and Gas). Must be fluent in English.
Core Competency: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented across all functions.
🔑 Core Deliverables
HR Executive: Manage HR strategy, policies, and operational HR functions specific to the demanding environment of the drilling industry.
Government Relations Officer (GRO): Manage all official relationships and regulatory compliance with Kuwaiti government bodies; handle all visa and labor law procedures.
Finance Analyst: Conduct financial planning, variance analysis, and reporting specific to drilling operations and asset management.
