Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
5–7 years of experience in mechanical estimation and pricing, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of pricing tools and estimation software (preferred).
Bilingual in English & Arabic (preferred).
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
Recommend cost-effective solutions and alternative materials.
Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare pricing sheets.
Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid packages.
Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and pricing records.
Collaborate with Tendering, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
Identify discrepancies in tender documents and propose solutions.

المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية (إلزامي).
خبرة 5–7 سنوات في تقدير وتكلفة الأعمال الميكانيكية، ويفضل في مشاريع البناء أو البنية التحتية.
معرفة بأدوات التسعير وبرامج التقدير (يفضل).
إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل).
المسؤوليات
إعداد تقديرات تكلفة مفصلة للأنظمة الميكانيكية.
مراجعة الرسومات، وكشوف الكميات، والمواصفات، ومستندات المناقصات.
التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين للحصول على عروض الأسعار.
تقديم حلول ومواد بديلة فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
إجراء حسابات الكميات وإعداد جداول التسعير.
المساعدة في إعداد حزم العروض الفنية والتجارية.
الحفاظ على معرفة محدثة بأسعار السوق وسجلات التسعير.
التعاون مع فرق المناقصات والمشتريات وإدارة المشاريع.
تحديد التناقضات في مستندات المناقصات واقتراح الحلول.
