1- Cake Artist / Cake Decorator - CDP
Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Undertake the preparation and production of all food orders as required, ensuring the delivery of correct orders and appropriate presentation and quality for each service.
- To ensure food safety and hygiene at all times, following correct procedures for the cleansing and preparation of all raw food, dating and rotating all products correctly, and checking quality and freshness of food prior to use.
- Ensure dishes are prepared according to predefined recipes and consistency is maintained
- Ensure that each dish that goes out is of highest standard and quality
- Managing and training of chefs/commis working with you
- Responsible for developing the menu.
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Ensure confidentially of all recipes, formats and menus
- Keep up to date with the new products, latest trends in both flavors and aesthetic appeal recipes and preparation techniques
- Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in set up of special functions
- Make sure stock levels are maintained and required items are timely ordered
- Responsible for you and your team to maintain the outlet's service standards, product quality and cleanliness and have high standards of food hygiene
- Executes customer special orders and assists with accurate pricing
- Interact with customer to understand guest requirement and customize cake accordingly
- Responsible for designing, decorating and developing the cake according to customer specifications.
- Delivers cakes directly to customers, when necessary.
- Responsible for executing all duties assigned by immediate supervisor/management in a timely manner

2- Restaurant Hostess
Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; guide them to their seats; present menu
- Inform guest of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff
- Tend to special guest needs and requests
- Observant to guests' needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
- Maintain guest relations by ensuring guests are comfortable all the way through to the farewell stage
- Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
- Manage the flow of Guests, provide accurate wait times to waiting list guest
- Assist service staff by setting, clearing tables and manage seating
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception area and manages stationary and menus
- Any other tasks as assigned by the manager

تشمل الواجبات والمسؤوليات الأساسية ما يلي على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- القيام بإعداد وإنتاج جميع طلبات الطعام حسب الحاجة، وضمان توصيل الطلبات الصحيحة والعرض المناسب والجودة لكل خدمة.
- لضمان سلامة الغذاء ونظافته في جميع الأوقات، واتباع الإجراءات الصحيحة لتنظيف وإعداد جميع الأطعمة الخام، وتحديد تاريخ جميع المنتجات وتدويرها بشكل صحيح، والتحقق من جودة ونضارة الطعام قبل الاستخدام.
- تأكد من إعداد الأطباق وفقًا للوصفات المحددة مسبقًا والحفاظ على الاتساق
- تأكد من أن كل طبق يخرج بأعلى مستوى من الجودة
- إدارة وتدريب الطهاة/المساعدين الذين يعملون معك
- المسؤول عن تطوير القائمة.
