Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Design / Implementation / Improvement of manual, IT supported and IT driven processes and controls across all verticals within the Group entities.
- Examine and analyze accounting systems including ERP and other IT systems, financial records, financial statements, and other available information to identify and mitigate relevant risks.
- Prepare Internal Audit Reports and present the same to the department head and function heads along with recommendation and implementation status of previous recommendation on a quarterly basis.
- dentify and recommend ways to optimize costs and improve revenues and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to existing company policies and procedures and suggest improvements in the existing policies and procedures in line with best practices and industry benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with local applicable laws. Review contracts, evaluate quotations and support function heads in ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Support department head in strategic decision making based on risks identified, compliance requirements, contract evaluations and market research.
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English & Arabic language, initiative, and coordination skills with great attention to detail.
Qualification required:
CA / CIA / CPA / ACCA

المسؤوليات:
- المسؤول عن تصميم / تنفيذ / تحسين العمليات والضوابط اليدوية والمدعومة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والمدفوعة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات عبر جميع القطاعات الرأسية داخل كيانات المجموعة.
- فحص وتحليل أنظمة المحاسبة بما في ذلك أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات وأنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات الأخرى والسجلات المالية والقوائم المالية وغيرها من المعلومات المتاحة لتحديد المخاطر ذات الصلة والتخفيف منها.
- إعداد تقارير التدقيق الداخلي وتقديمها إلى رئيس القسم ورؤساء الوظائف مع التوصية وحالة تنفيذ التوصية السابقة على أساس ربع سنوي.
- تحديد والتوصية بطرق تحسين التكاليف وتحسين الإيرادات والربحية.
- ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة الحالية واقتراح تحسينات في السياسات والإجراءات الحالية بما يتماشى مع أفضل الممارسات ومعايير الصناعة.
- ضمان الامتثال للقوانين المحلية المعمول بها. مراجعة العقود وتقييم عروض الأسعار ودعم رؤساء الوظائف في ضمان الالتزام بالضوابط الداخلية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- دعم رئيس القسم في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية بناءً على المخاطر التي تم تحديدها ومتطلبات الامتثال وتقييم العقود وأبحاث السوق.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، ومهارات المبادرة والتنسيق مع الاهتمام الكبير بالتفاصيل.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
كاليفورنيا / وكالة المخابرات المركزية / اتفاق السلام الشامل / جمعية المحاسبين القانونيين المعتمدين
