1- Lead Engineer IT (WK/NK/RATQA/SEK).
Qualifications/Experience requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree in Computer/ Electronics/ Computer Science/Telecommunications/ Information Systems Engineering.
2) Minimum Eight (8) years of experience in Networking and IT.
3) At least five (5) years shall be as Network Engineer for major enterprise company and IT Projects.
Technical and Professional Certifications:
- The following Professional Calcification is mandatory and should be met:
- Professional Level Certification from any Major Networking Vendors like Cisco/Huawei/HPE, etc.,
Other requirements:
- Good knowledge and expertise
- in Routing Protocols and Switching Technologies. Strong network diagnostic skills.
- Experience on Security Event Monitoring and other auditing. Well versed with authentication, authorization mechanisms and security systems.
- Experiencing with Monitoring Tools, Sniffer and network analysis tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate with strong written and Oral communication skills.
- Possess a Valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
2- Lead IT Specialist II.
Qualification/Experience:
- 1Bachelor Degree in Computer/ Electronics/ Computer Science/
- Telecommunications/ Information Systems Engineering.
- Minimum Eight (8) years of experience in IT.
- At least five (5) years shall be as Management and Technical Consultant/Solution Design Engineer for major enterprise level clients and IT Projects.
- Well versed in Service Level Management.
- Well versed in the latest IT trends and Network Infrastructure.
- Good knowledge and Intensive experience of Networking equipment support procedures.
Technical and Professional Certifications:
The following Professional Qualifications and Certifications are mandatory and should be met:
I) Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute.
2) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation.
3) Expert Level Certification for major Networking Vendors like Cisco/Huawei/HPE Etc., in two of the following technologies/tracks:
I. Routing and Switching
IL Security
III. Data Center

Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Implements and manages the Network Infrastructure Contract.
• Complies with contractual•
service obligation, safety regulations, government and company regulations regarding employment of contract staff and any other directives put in force by the Government/Company for smooth contract administration.
Manage infrastructure operations and network services based on operational requirements and service level agreements.
Re-inforce Network architecture, develop, and establish operational policies within the managed area.
Work .with other IT functional teams in the company to provide dissemination services to internal users.
Investigate network problems & provide root cause analysis repo1t.
Work closely with the vendors and prepare success criteria for POCs of new services & systems for the best interest of the company.
Design and implement strategic plans to ensure network capacity meets existing and future requirements.
Leads the Team in trouble shooting and resolving critical issues in the Network Infrastructure.\Management of workforce; which includes mentoring, training, performance appraisal, salary reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, roster etc.
Coordinates with contractor and Company to deliver optimum solutions • meeting the operations requirement of the Company.
Authorize, Documents and records the details of all amendments made to the Network Infrastructure.
Provides technical and functional implementation Services from the Contractor's in house teams during the implementation of a new release, upgrades, projects and technologies.
Prepare schedule for preventive maintenance, network upgrade, firmware upgrade, patch release & service enhancement roadmap.
3- MDF Technician
Qualifications/Experiences requirements:
- Diploma in Computer/ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science, Computer Networking, IT Systems.
- Minimum six (6) years Networking Experience.
- Two (2) + years' experience with I routers and switches.
Technical and Professional Certifications:
The following Professional Qualifications and Certifications are mandatory and should be met:
- CompTIA Network+ or any equivalent.
- Experience with switching and internet routing technologies. Strong network diagnostic skills. Experience on Security Event Monitoring and other auditing.
- Ability to effectively communicate with strong written and oral communication skills.
Other requirements:
- Possess a Valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
- Act as first line of support for Network problems and issues.
- Assist on-site engineers to attend network issues promptly and resolve it timely.
- Install & configure Network Switches and Troubleshoot affected node and User problems.
- Provide Maintenance & On-Site Support Services to activate network service as per request.
- Administering and ensuring continuous operation of the Network Service.
- Provide support to execute preventive maintenance activities.
- Documenting details of all amendments made to the System,
- Cable management in the LAN DP (DP Distribution Point) Rooms as per the approved standards with proper labeling.
- Maintain the records of network connections/Services as per the Standards implemented.
- Lifting, Carrying, Mounting, Dismantling and installation of network devices (Wireless Access Points, switches, routers etc.) as and when required as part of the Services.
- Providing technical and functional implementation Services during the implementation of a new release, upgrades, projects and technologies.
4- Lead MDF Technician.
Qualifications/Experiences requirements:
- Diploma in Computer/ Electronics/Telecommunications/ Computer Science, Computer Networking, IT Systems.
- Minimum six (6) years Networking Experience.
- Two (2) + years' experience with routers and switches.
- Two (2) + years' experience in Troubleshooting Network issues.
Technical and Professional Certifications:
The following Professional Qualifications and Certifications are mandatory and should be met:
- CompTIA Network+ or any equivalent.
- Experience with MDF, switching and internet routing technologies. Strong network diagnostic skills.
Other requirements:
- Possess a Valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
- Dismantling, Relocating and installation of cabinets, patch panels and cable trays.
- Lifting, Carrying, Mounting, Dismantling and installation of network devices (Wireless Access Points, switches, routers etc.) as and when required as part of the Services.
- LAN DP (DP Distribution Point) Rooms as per the approved standards with proper labeling.

الوصف الوظيفي/المسؤوليات:
- تنفيذ وإدارة عقد البنية التحتية للشبكة.
- التزامات الخدمة، وأنظمة السلامة، والأنظمة الحكومية والشركة فيما يتعلق بتوظيف موظفي العقود وأية توجيهات أخرى وضعها الحكومة/الشركة من أجل إدارة العقد بسلاسة.
- إدارة عمليات البنية التحتية وخدمات الشبكة بناءً على المتطلبات التشغيلية واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة.
- تعزيز بنية الشبكة وتطوير وإنشاء السياسات التشغيلية ضمن المنطقة المُدارة.
- العمل مع فرق تقنية المعلومات الأخرى في الشركة لتقديم خدمات التوزيع للمستخدمين الداخليين.
- التحقيق في مشاكل الشبكة وتوفير مستودع لتحليل السبب الجذري.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع البائعين وإعداد معايير النجاح لإثبات المفاهيم الخاصة بالخدمات والأنظمة الجديدة لصالح الشركة.
- تصميم وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية لضمان أن قدرة الشبكة تلبي المتطلبات الحالية والمستقبلية.
- يقود الفريق في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات الحرجة في البنية التحتية للشبكة. إدارة القوى العاملة؛ والتي تشمل الإرشاد والتدريب وتقييم الأداء ومراجعة الرواتب والإجراءات التأديبية والإنهاءات والقوائم وما إلى ذلك.
- التنسيق مع المقاول والشركة لتقديم الحلول المثلى • تلبية متطلبات العمليات للشركة.

- دبلوم في الكمبيوتر / الالكترونيات / الاتصالات / علوم الكمبيوتر، الشبكات الحاسوبية، أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- يجب أن يكون لديك ست (6) سنوات خبرة في مجال الشبكات.
- خبرة لمدة سنتين (2) + مع أجهزة التوجيه والمفاتيح.
