Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Are you a skilled and experienced Warehouse Coordinator looking for a new challenge in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and oversee our warehouse operations, including loading and unloading activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of goods.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production and sales demands.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all inventory movements.
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations and processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of warehouse activities.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including loading and unloading procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Have experience in working in any ERP system, and strong knowledge in using EXCEL.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

هل أنت منسق مستودعات ماهر وذو خبرة وتبحث عن تحدٍ جديد في بيئة تصنيع ديناميكية؟ نحن نبحث عن محترف متفانٍ للانضمام إلى فريقنا والإشراف على عمليات المستودعات لدينا، بما في ذلك أنشطة التحميل والتفريغ.
المهام الأساسية:
- تنسيق وإدارة جميع أنشطة المستودعات، وضمان تحميل وتفريغ البضائع بكفاءة.
- مراقبة وصيانة مستويات المخزون لتلبية متطلبات الإنتاج والمبيعات.
- ضمان التسجيل الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب لجميع تحركات المخزون.
- الإشراف على التشغيل الآمن والفعال لمعدات وآلات المستودعات.
- تنفيذ والحفاظ على معايير وبروتوكولات السلامة في المستودعات.
- التعاون مع فريق الخدمات اللوجستية لتحسين عمليات المستودعات والعمليات.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش وتدقيق دورية لأنشطة المستودعات.
- تدريب وإشراف موظفي المستودعات لضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.
مؤهلات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة المستودعات والخدمات اللوجستية.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات المستودعات، بما في ذلك إجراءات التحميل والتفريغ.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت ممتازة.
- لديه خبرة في العمل على أي نظام ERP، ومعرفة قوية باستخدام EXCEL.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة تصنيع سريعة الوتيرة.
- الكفاءة في استخدام برامج وأنظمة إدارة المستودعات.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة.
- القدرة على رفع وتحريك الأشياء الثقيلة حسب الحاجة.
