MARKETING EXECUTIVE
JOB ROLE:
- Implement and supervise the marketing calendar in coordination with the required stakeholders.
- Oversee campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales in-store.
- Initiate and oversee sponsored ads as part of the marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, IT, and Finance to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional development and coordination of the marketing calendar and events.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

الدور الوظيفي:
- تنفيذ والإشراف على تقويم التسويق بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية المطلوبة.
- الإشراف على الحملات الهادفة إلى زيادة حركة المشاة والمبيعات في المتجر.
- بدء الإعلانات الممولة والإشراف عليها كجزء من مبادرات التسويق وضمان استراتيجيات فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف، بما في ذلك الفرق التجارية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والمالية لمواءمة جهود التسويق مع أهداف العمل.
- مراقبة أداء الحملات التسويقية وإعداد التقارير عنها.
- ابق على اطلاع بأحدث ممارسات الصناعة والاتجاهات الناشئة للحفاظ على الميزة التنافسية.
- توجيه وتدريب أعضاء الفريق الناشئين لتعزيز تطورهم المهني وتنسيق تقويم التسويق والأحداث.
- تمثيل الشركة في فعاليات الصناعة والحفاظ على العلاقات مع الشركاء الخارجيين والموردين.
المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- -خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التسويق.
- فهم جيد لتقنيات أبحاث السوق وتحليل البيانات وطرق الإحصاء.
- - معرفة تامة بمبادئ التخطيط الاستراتيجي وأفضل ممارسات التسويق.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الناس.
- قدرات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
